Madalin Matica - 39 years old, Dot Commerce Ltd. - having a 12 years experience in management and 5 years in e-marketing, he is specialized in e-commerce and works for all the representative customers in Romania. After such an experience he came up with the conclusion that he still has a lot to learn about marketing and the easiest way to do this is by founding new start-ups that seek the success based on the new marketing.

He enjoys public speaking, he held over 80 presentations in the last 3 years. As a marketer, he considers himself making part of the trend initiated by Seth Godin.In the last year he started working as consultant in blogging, e-marketing and crisis management.He is married, has 2 kids of 6 and 2 months, his only hobby: work.


Marius Ghenea – a daring businessman who started his first company in 1994 with two university collegues companies in various industries such as Flamingo Computers (leading IT distributor in Romania and the Balkans), Flamingo International (listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange), Flanco International (one of the largest home-appliance retail chains in Romania), FIT Distribution (PC parts distribution), PCfun.ro (one of the largest e-commerce businesses in Romania), Orbital Solutions (distribution of heating equipment), accessNET International (WiMAX services), Idilis (Internet Provider) and other companies.

As of 2002, started an active role as a Romanian business-angel, investing in various start-up companies with high-growth potential. Participated in the development of the first Romanian TV show for business-angel investments in 2007 ("The Lions Arena", broadcasted on the Channel 2 of the Romanian Television).

Included in various studies on the top Romanian business-people and managers, awarded as the "most visionary Romanian retail manager" in 2004 by Ziarul Financiar and included in the Capital survey on the Top 300 wealthiest Romanian people for the past 4 years.

 

Paula Vlad is a teacher of English at The University "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Iasi, at The Centre of Foreign Languages. She is also a PhD student interested in the English Literature at the same university. She obtained her MA diploma in 2008, having attended Applied Linguistics -The Didactics of The English Language, and in 2006, she graduated The Faculty of Letters of the University "Alexandru Ioan Cuza", Iasi, being specialized both in English and French.

She is a member of the Moldavian Association of Teachers of English MATE and of the international project "Galapro". She is an authorized translator and interpreter for English and French. In order to improve her skills, she had study scholarships at Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris 3), Vienna and Budapest. She is now a teacher of English and French at the University of Arts "G. Enescu", Iasi.

 

Deniz Senelt:  So far Deniz trained in 17 JCI countries and she is well known with her training titled “LeaderMind” that she delivered at several Congresses and Conferences. After being the Head Trainer of the JCI Prime Courses, she worked at the designing teams of the JCI flagship trainings JCI TRAINER and JCI DESIGNER.

She is certified Head Trainer for JCI PRESENTER, JCI TRAINER and JCI DESIGNER, JCI ADMIN and JCI ACHIEVE. Deniz was twice a member of the JCI European Academy’s Trainer Team. Having been a participant of the JCI COC Academy in 2007, she became there also a trainer in 2008 and its Head Trainer in 2009. In her daily business life Deniz Senelt has been the training manager of the well-known fashion retail company, Vakko, and recently she broke new grounds and took the way JCI shows by becoming an entrepreneur and running her own training, coaching and consultancy company, ProAkademi (www.proakademi.com.tr). A returning speaker and panelist at the Annual Conference of the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and a frequent author of the HR Magazine and also published at Toastmaster Magazine and Personal Excellence Magazine.

Besides all that Deniz is also doing her masters studies in Cognitive Psychology at the prestigious Bosphorus University.She is specialized in public speaking, communication, presentation techniques, customer relations, sales management, teambuilding, goal setting and coaching trainings. Her motto: “Be Better each new day. Nothing but the best is good enough!"

 

Mihail Musat – founder of lumebuna.ro, an initiative whose purpose is to bring out in front those people who, through their acts, brought a positive impact into society and owner of musat.com one of the most successful motivation blogs from Romania.

Worked for Nestle Romania, OpenLink Networks, RDS & RCS Communications, RTC Holding, Hostway Corporation. His specialities  include training, life-coaching and project management. Author of the book: ”Eu cine sunt?” (“Who am I?”)

 

Cosmin Alexandru is the founder of AIESEC Romania. Co-founder of LEADERS Romania, actual president of the Asociation Erudio, an organizarion that develops programs for innovational education. Since 2008 he is the board of the Association MaiMultVerde, which is the most active ecological association in Romania.

Active learner he is a person who says about himself that “I have 40 years and I have lived them intensely”. He is currently working in personal branding, creative leadership, public speaking, communication and influence and coaching. He is the founder of Brandivia, an enterprise of brand consultancy.

 

Laszlo Pacso is the president of JCI Targu Mures, and a man who loves challenges. Organizer of Bussiness Days 2010 and trainer in Project Management.

 

 

 

 

Cristian Andrei - You know him as a protagonist of various Romanian TV Shows of counseling and psychotherapy who registered major audiences, or maybe you have listened to him at various radio stations. Maybe you met him on the website sentimente.ro, whose counselor he is.

It also possible that you may know him from one of the numerous conferences he attended, meetings with the young people, or you may have read one of over 1500 articles he has written.

Doctor Cristian Andrei is a specialized neuropsychiatrist since 1994. He practices psychiatry, is interested in couple problems, development, adaptability and counseling of human interrelations.

 

Dragos Bucurenci – convinced ecologist, Dragos is the leader of the Asociation MaiMultVerde, whose purpose is to build a new culture of volunterering for the environment. He was also involved in a lot of civical campaigns and is now a freelance journalist, making his debut in Dilema Veche, at just seventeen.

Today is a monthly contributor at Elle and Esquire. He presented various TV Shows such as Green Romania (Realitatea TV), Green Line (TVR1), Cultura libre (TVR1), Points on the art of the world (TVR1) or Addictions (TVR Cultural). He is a certified trainer in Process Communication.

 

Catalin Stefanescu – one of the most proeminent figures from the Romanian Television, he is, since 1999, the director and host of his TV Show Guaranteed 100% (on TVR1) being one of the most appreciated cultural shows from Romania.

Catalin has succeeded in bringing extraordinary peoples from various domains, such as theathre, music, art or politics. Among his guest list you can find actress Vanessa Redgrave, opera singer Sarah Brightman, writer and philosopher Pascal Bruckner, branding – guru Wally Oilins, or Swedish choreograph Mats Ek.

Member of the International Association of Theatre Critics and member of UNITER, Catalin won numerous awards for his coverages and documentary movies realized for his how. Simona Bonghez - President of Project Management Institute - Romania Chapter. Teacher at the Master program “The management of projects” from University of Communication and Public Relations.

Teacher (Lecturer) in the Program Professional MBA - Management of Projects and Processes offered in Romania by the University of Economic Sciences and Business Administration from Vienna, in collaboration with ROLAND GAREIS CONSULTING and in partnership with the National School of Politics and Administrative Studies. Trainer and consultant in the management of projects, processes and the management of change.

 

Lucian Ghinda - one of the few IT Project Managers capable of efficiently applying the latest techniques in both project management, as well as information technology, Lucian has been coordinating the development of worldwide IT products for over 8 years.

During this time, he put his skills to work for the community, as he was involved in NGO projects, that he grew from a local to a international level. He believes that the key to succeeding resides in being passionate about whatever you decide to do, which is confirmed by his statement: "I love working with people, I'm passionate about teaching myself and others to communicate, supporting others in achieving their dreams and being the most they can be. I believe that each human being is the sum of his/her own choices and, thus, one’s own evolution depends only on his/her own will. We are what we want and decide to be".

Lucian is currently the Manager of Research and Development for the Romanian office of Hostway Corporation.

 

Andreea Marc is a lecturer at University ”Al. I. Cuza” Iasi on Communication and Public Relations. She worked for over 8 years in Public Relations, both in companies and NGOs, creating and developing many PR campaigns.

She is also a trainer on Soft Skills, delivering trainings all over Europe on themes about Communications at all levels.

She has a major passion for writting, that is why she collaborates with different magazines for articles or with companies for ghostwritting.

She is also interested in Online Communications, being a member of ODO (Oameni din Online) – People from Online.

Iulian Olariu - I've been volunteering for over six years. Getting involved in youth organizations opened me many opportunities and helped me grow as individual. Since few years ago, I've been working as a trainer in some top Romanian companies and I consider that I've reached to have an impact and gather some good results upon my contribution.

I am an AIESEC Alumnus and I continue to engage in several NGOs activities and even more than that, I'm leading an organization through which I manage to remain close to young people and get involved in youth development through non-formal education (www.youthacademy.ro).

 

Valentin Deac – having about 10 years of management experience in the IT&C, is currently Executive Director of Nokia Romania SRL and the Head of the Research and Development Center of Nokia in Cluj-Napoca.

After working for 6 years at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca as Assistant in the fields of computer science and telecommunications, Valentin decided to enter the challenging software industry. His main areas of interest in his professional life are the Operational and Project Management where he obtained the MBA and PMP certifications. Valentin was invited in the last years as key speaker to several Business Events and Conferences.
